All talks and lunches take place at the Rajen Kilchand Center for Integrated Life Sciences & Engineering (KCILSE), 610 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA.
Registration 8am-4pm: outside the Auditorium, KCILSE room 101. All plenary keynote lectures will take place in the Auditorium. The remaining talks are in KCILSE rooms 106b-d.
The SSHAP 2019 Reception, which will take place on Monday, June 17th, from 6:10pm to 7:30pm, will be held just a short walk away from the event venue, at the Boston University Student Village Tower II, 33 Harry Agganis Way, 26th Floor Lounge.
Please note: In order to access the reception venue, security will need to approve your entrance based upon the list of conference presenters. If you are not presenting at SSHAP 2019 but wish to attend the reception, please let us know at once so that we can ensure your entrance.
Attendees commuting to Boston by car have a number of parking options on campus available to them.
Both attendees taking advantage of the discounted lodging at 10 Buick St., and attendees planning to commute to the June 17 Reception at 33 Harry Agganis Way, should plan to park at the Langsam Garage at 142 Gardner St. The cost for overnight parking is $24 per night.
Attendees commuting directly to KCILSE for the event itself should plan to park in the Granby Lot at 665 Commonwealth Ave.
